How the support service works

It really is quite simple. You purchase blocks of support time and we provide the assistance you require to keep everything working properly. We will help to ensure that operating systems and anti virus software is kept up to date, that back ups run every night and any problems are dealt with quickly. If you need to purchase any new equipment we can help you to select the most suitable products.

Support is provided by telephone, email and where appropriate remote access. Just as with commercial clients almost all support can be delivered remotely which minimises the need for site visits which not only keeps costs down but makes the service much more convenient for you.

Support time is pre-paid in blocks of five hours or more. This means that we are always available to help you.
