Charges

An hour of our time costs £68.00.

A home visit will cost between £50.00 and £95.00 depending on where you live and a home visit includes 30 minutes of assistance on site. Time is charged in 30 minute blocks.

Prepaid support time is charged at £64.00 per hour if it is purchased in blocks of five hours or more.

All costs include VAT.

How we work

It is important that you know what the work will cost and that your money will not be wasted. After the initial call to us and before we undertake any design, development, installation or configuration work you will receive a proposal detailing the scope of work, the deliverables and most importantly the costs for each stage. 

Where practicable we break the work into stages where progression to the next phase is dependent upon the successful completion of the last.  

This way you will know what work is being carried out, how successful it has been and what it will cost you. Any uncertainty can be resolved before work begins not afterwards.

Call out charges

We don't always need to make a home visit but if we do this is what it will cost you. All charges include VAT and 30 minutes on site.
